On May 22, 2026, at 5:00 PM, the aroma of spices and the sound of laughter filled Zhiwei Restaurant in Wuhan's Optics Valley. ELK Biotechnology annual Crayfish Festival was in full swing, with all employees gathered together to enjoy this exclusive feast for the ELK Biotechnology family.

Tradition Continues, Flavors Elevated
As a cherished part of ELK Biotechnology  Bio's corporate culture, the Crayfish Festival has now entered its third year. Every early summer, the company carefully prepares this celebration to give employees a chance to relax and bond after busy days in the lab.

This year's festival was especially bountiful – spicy, garlic, and steamed crayfish filled the long tables, their vibrant colors and tantalizing aromas irresistible. Colleagues sat together, donned gloves, cracked open the crimson shells, savored the plump meat, and chatted about work and life.

Watermelon Eating Contest: Endless Fun
The highlight of the event was undoubtedly the "Watermelon Eating Contest." Representatives from each department rolled up their sleeves, ready to compete.

At the whistle, contestants buried their faces in their watermelon slices, juice flying everywhere as the crowd cheered and laughed, pushing the atmosphere to a crescendo. After fierce competition, Engineer Wang from the R&D department claimed the championship with astonishing speed, earning thunderous applause and a carefully prepared prize.
